What I've done
- Developed and deployed ResNet-18 / ViT models on a Raspberry Pi for drying-stage classification (89% accuracy) and moisture estimation.
- Built an offline, multilingual dashboard connecting an ESP32 and the Raspberry Pi for remote monitoring and control of a heat-pump dryer.
- Integrated camera and sensor data for weight and colour control, contributing to an observed 10% improvement in cardamom market value.
- Two patents filed.
